Order, Cancellation, & Return Policy

We here at 4WD Crew try our best to ensure you are entirely happy with your parts.

Disclosure:
If one or more items in your order has an extended ship date, your loan payment(s), including interest, may be due before the merchant ships all of the items. Please note that you may not receive a rebate of any interest that may have already accrued on an amount that later gets refunded.

ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order for any reason if the order has not shipped. If the order has shipped, the Return Policy (below) will take affect. Some cancellations may be subject to an administrative/restocking fee.  This is subject to change without notice.

Please contact us at info@4wdcrew.com immediately if you need to make any cancellations or changes.

Exceptions - Dobinsons Products only:

  • Payment: Orders placed will require payment in full at the time of the order.  We will initially confirm the lead time with you via email.  Once confirmed, payment will be captured.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders that are cancelled will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.  

Exceptions - For CBI/Prinsu only:

  • Payment: All orders placed for CBI/Prinsu products (except for mounts and brackets) require payment in full at the time of order.  We will initially confirm the lead time with you via email.  Once confirmed, payment will be captured.

  • Order Cancellation or Change Orders - Prinsu: Orders that are cancelled within 24 hours can be refunded 100%.  Any orders cancelled after 24 hours may potentially be subject to a $50 administrative/restocking fee.

  • Order Cancellation or Change Orders - CBI: Orders that are cancelled within 5 days can be refunded 100%.  Any orders cancelled after 5 days may potentially be subject to a $50 administrative/restocking fee.

Exceptions - C4 Fabrication only:

  • Payment: Orders placed will require payment in full at the time of the order.  We will initially confirm the lead time with you via email.  Once confirmed, payment will be captured.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders that are cancelled within 14 days will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.  After 14 days, any cancellations will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Exceptions - Cali Raised LED only:

  • Payment: Orders placed will require payment in full at the time of the order.  We will initially confirm the lead time with you via email.  Once confirmed, payment will be captured.

  • Order Cancellation: Any order cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee.

    • Cancellation of any slider order will be a 15% cancellation fee.

    • Cancellation of a regular in stock order will result in a 15% cancellation fee.

    • No cancellation of LED light bar covers or any custom made items.

    • If a shipping label has been made for an order it is unable to be cancelled.

Exceptions - Expedition One only:

  • Payment: Orders placed will require payment in full at the time of the order.  We will initially confirm the lead time with you via email.  Once confirmed, payment will be captured.

  • Order Cancellation: Any order cancelletions are subject to a 10% cancellation fee and up to 10% restocking fee.

 

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Please note that we are not able to refund any shipping costs to or from customers.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@4wdcrew.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions to our General Return Policy (by brand):

  • EcoFlow: All returns on EcoFlow products will incur a 10% restocking fee.  Credit will be given once products are verified.
  • Dobinsons: All returns on Dobinsons products will incur a 20% restocking fee on all returned goods.  Credit will be given 7 days after receipt.
  • Front Runner Outfitters: Follows 30-day return policy above.  Any products received back that are not in a new re-sellable condition may incur a 30% restocking fee.
  • KC HiLiTES: Follows 30-day return policy above.  Any products received back that are not in a new re-sellable condition may incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Cali Raised LED: Order cancellations prior to shipping will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.  Returns in new re-sellable condition will be charged a 15% restocking fee.  Sliders are NOT eligible for returns.  Approved reimbursements will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of returned product.
  • Midland: Any returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.  Only returns within 30 days accepted.  Credit will be given 7 days after receipt.
  • Diode Dynamics & Other brands: Follows our standard 30-day return policy.  Any products received that are not in re-sellable condition may incur a restocking fee.
  • C4 Fabrication: Returns within 30 days will incur 20% restocking fee.  Customers are responsible for return freight.  Anything not in new condition will incur an additional 5% charge. 
  • RCI Offroad: Return merchandise authorization must be obtained prior to a return or exchange of product. 15% restocking fee for non-warranty returns. All shipping charges are to be paid by customer.
  • Custom Made/Made to order products (e.g., CBI, Prinsu, C4, Cali Raised LED, Expedition One): Custom made or made to order products may incur a restocking fee.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  As a reminder, 4WD Crew does not refund any shipping costs.
